Case Study – Association for Science Education Conference 2026
In January I attended the Association for Science Education Conference 2026, this was a repeat booing for me as I’d covered the 2025 conference too. Both were held on the University of Nottingham campus.
The brief was to capture all aspects of the conference on one of the five days it was held. There were 17 presentations to attend which included a few specifically for technicians plus two seperate awards ceremonies.

Flash was only used for non-action images.
Settings –
Shutter speed between 1/160 and 1/250
Aperture between 5.6 and 6.3
ISO between 4000 and 6400
